01Who you are dealing with
This website and the services described on it are run by EXL Business Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Forever Aggregates, based in Miami, Florida, United States. 02What we provide
- Supply of ready-mix concrete, flowable fill and other mixes, produced and delivered by independent partner plants.
- Supply of recycled concrete aggregate, recycled asphalt, base, fill, rock and similar materials.
- Concrete and asphalt crushing, soil screening and related services.
- Screening and crushing equipment.
Some materials and services are produced, delivered or performed by other companies we work with, such as concrete plants, suppliers and haulers. Those companies are not parties to these terms, and their own delivery terms, credit terms and invoices may also apply to your order.
03Quotes and orders
- Quotes are valid for the time stated on them. They depend on availability, plant and truck schedules, weather and the supplier’s pricing at the time of the order.
- Extra charges may apply when stated on the quote or the supplier’s terms, for example for small loads that do not fill a truck, deliveries outside the normal delivery area, trucks kept waiting on site past the allowed time, weekend or after-hours pours, additives, pumping, and late cancellations.
- Your specifications: you are responsible for ordering the right material, mix and strength for your job, as required by your plans, your engineer and your permit. We do not design mixes or give engineering advice.
- Your job site: you are responsible for safe, legal truck access to the place of delivery, for having someone on site to receive the load, and for placing, finishing and curing the material after delivery.
- Payment and credit follow the terms on your quote, invoice or credit application.
04Text Messaging Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent to or from Forever Aggregates at 786.946.9696. They are also published on their own page: Text Messaging Terms.
- Program
- Forever Aggregates customer service and order messages: answers to your questions, quotes, order confirmations, delivery scheduling, truck arrival times and order updates.
- How you agree
- You agree to receive texts by checking the text message box on our quote form, by telling us yes on a phone call, by email or in person, or by texting us first. We record when and how you agreed.
- Not required
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- How often
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more texts unless you agree again. You can also opt out by telling us any other reasonable way.
- Help
- Reply HELP for help, call 786.946.9696, or email gustavo.l@foreveraggregates.com.
- Carriers
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket and others. Carrier support may change.
Your number and your consent stay with us
Mobile numbers and text message opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in information and consent records are not shared with any third parties. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Information on this website is general information and may change without notice. Prices, availability and service areas are confirmed only in a written quote. Photos are for illustration. Do not use this website for anything unlawful or try to interfere with how it works.
06Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Forever Aggregates is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, delays or lost jobs, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Product warranties, if any, come from the company that made or supplied the product. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
