Forever Aggregates helps contractors in South Florida get construction materials and related services, including ready-mix concrete and other mixes supplied through independent partner plants, recycled aggregates, base, fill and rock, concrete and asphalt crushing, soil screening, and equipment. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, company, phone number, email address and preferred language, when you call us, text us, email us, talk to us in person or send the quote form on this website.
- Job and order details: job address or city, material or mix, strength, quantity, pour date and time, whether a pump is needed, site access and anything else you tell us so we can quote and schedule your order.
- Text message consent records: when you agree to receive texts from us, we keep a record of it, including the date and time, how you agreed (for example the website form, a phone call, an email, in person, or by texting us first) and the phone number you gave us. When you opt out, we keep a record of that too.
If you apply for credit to buy materials, that credit application is usually made directly with the plant or supplier that fills the order and is handled under that company’s own policies.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Our web host keeps standard server records, which can include your internet address, browser type, date and time, and the pages you asked for. These are used for security and to keep the site working. When you send the quote form, we also record the date, time and internet address it came from, so we have a record of the request. 03How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare the quote you asked for.
- To place, schedule and coordinate your order with the plant, supplier or hauler that fills it.
- To contact you about your request and orders by phone, text or email, in the language you prefer.
- To keep records of orders, consent and opt-outs, and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
- To protect this website and our business from fraud and abuse.
04Text messages and your mobile number
The short version on text messages
- We do not sell, rent, trade or share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes. That includes partner companies and affiliates.
- Text message opt-in information and consent records are not shared with any third parties.
- The only outside companies that handle your number for texting are the service providers that carry the messages for us, such as our phone and texting provider, and they may use it only to deliver our messages.
If you agree to receive texts from us, you agree to receive text messages from Forever Aggregates at the number you gave us about your requests, quotes, orders, delivery scheduling and updates, and our customer service. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. 05Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where we need to:
- The plant, supplier or hauler that fills your order: only the details needed to quote, schedule, deliver and bill that order, such as your company name, the job address, the material, the quantity, the delivery time and an on-site contact.
- Service providers who work for us: our phone and texting provider, email provider and web host, only so they can provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it: in response to a valid legal request from a public authority, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
None of these companies may use your information for their own marketing. Your text message opt-in and consent records are never shared with them for that purpose.
06How long we keep it
We keep contact details and messages for as long as we have an active or possible business relationship with you, and after that only as long as we need to for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons. Text message consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years so we can show when and how consent was given or withdrawn. Order records are kept for as long as tax and business record rules require.
07Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop.
- Email: ask us to stop emailing you and we will.
- Seeing, correcting or deleting your information: email gustavo.l@foreveraggregates.com and we will answer within a reasonable time. Some records, such as orders and consent records, have to be kept where the law requires it.
08Security
We use reasonable everyday and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
09Children
We sell to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Important changes that affect text messages will be posted here before they take effect.
